Keith Wagner Photography provides professional family and senior photography in Cheyenne, WY, Laramie County, and surrounding Wyoming areas. Whether you are updating family portraits, celebrating a graduating senior, or capturing an important season of life, I focus on creating natural, timeless images you will be proud to share.
Wyoming offers a beautiful backdrop for portraits, from open fields and rustic locations to parks, downtown areas, and scenic outdoor spaces. I enjoy helping families and seniors feel comfortable in front of the camera so the final images feel genuine, relaxed, and personal.

Family Sessions
In town session, up to 1 hour. 15-50 edited digital images. $350
Curt Gowdy or Vedauwoo location session, up to 2hours. 15-50 edited digital images. $500
Limit of 6 people ($30 each additional person)
Up to 60 miles from Cheyenne is included with all sessions.
Turn around time is estimated between 1-3 weeks.
Senior Photos
One location, up to 1 hour, 15-50 edited digital images $300
Two Locations, up to 2 hours, 15-75 edited digital images. $400
I don’t cap the number of outfit changes, as long as they fall within the allowed time limit. I will also provide a pop up privacy tent to change clothes in, if needed.
Up to 60 miles from Cheyenne is included with all sessions.
Additional mini sessions for non graduating siblings at the same location available for $55 per indivial sibling 5-10 photos. This offer is only available during Senior photo shoots, and does not apply to guests and friends.
Turn around time is estimated between 2-3 weeks.

Policies

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due at or before the the photoshoot. Payments may be made by cash or e-transfer.

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Credit will be given to the photographer.
Keith Wagner Photography is granted the right to use any photos for self-promotion. If you do not want your images used in this manner please let your photographer know during the booking process and we will honor your request.

You may cancel at any time but the 50% retainer will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, this must be done within 2 weeks prior to the session date, and the new date requested can only be guaranteed based on availability. Failure to reschedule in this time will forfeit your retainer.

Hours may be extended with mutual consent. The hourly rate of $190 will apply and must be paid before final gallery will be delivered to Client.

In the event of inclement weather that does not resolve within 1 hour, both parties must agree on a new date within 1 week. A new location is permissible as well. Failure to reschedule within 1 week may result in retainer forfeiture.

Images will be edited with creative license, no raw files will be given.
I do not Photoshop edit images.
Examples include:
Face swaps or smile replacements
People chewing gum
Hair smoothing
People into or out of photos
Sky replacements or backgrounds

Pets are part of the family so I don’t have a problem with them being part of the session! However, it must be understood that pets aren’t always cooperative, or enjoy posing for pictures. This can take time away from the Session, as well as the quality and quantity of images Keith Wagner Photography delivers.

All clients understand that Keith Wagner Photography’s photographers are human, and that they will need to take breaks and occasionally eat, or use the restroom.
Though the photographer’s mission is to capture every moment of your adventure, it’s possible that some moments are missed. Please be assured that we will strive to make sure these are as minimal as possible!
On the exceptionally rare occasion that the Keith Wagner Photography photographer becomes ill, or will not be able to photograph the scheduled session/event, every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement photographer. If a replacement is not an option, a complete refund of all monies paid will be issued.
